When checking out, food benefits can seem straightforward to the user. However, employers must ensure they load the appropriate amounts onto those cards, track and administer the program and provide employees with access to a wide range of merchants. VR Benefícios takes that process and makes it an end-to-end service, rather than a single card product. It places meal and grocery benefits inside a broader digital environment for employers and workers, keeping administration and everyday use linked throughout the benefit cycle. A 2024 press release marked VR’s shift from being understood mainly as a card to operating as a platform for the full workday. Its portfolio spans food and meal benefits, mobility, people management and financial services, all presented through the SuperApp. The strategic point is less about adding categories than connecting them around the same employer and worker relationship, rather than asking either side to navigate disconnected products. VR’s scale is what makes this design matter. It serves more than 110,000 employers and 4.7 million workers through a network of over 589,000 accredited establishments. Its online store lists more than 589,000 accredited establishments across Brazil. At that size, the platform coordinates funding, acceptance, security and support across millions of everyday transactions while keeping the benefit easy to use. One Employer View of the Benefit SuperPortal brings together more than 35 integrated solutions, giving employers a single place to control benefits, digital HR services, transport and related programs. For a benefits team, that means worker registration, card delivery locations, orders, payments and reports can sit inside one workflow instead of moving among spreadsheets, email threads and separate supplier screens and approval trails.

Organizational Development

Organizations rarely pursue structural redesign without reason. They do it when growth outpaces capability, when performance plateaus, when customer expectations shift or when internal complexity slows decisions to a crawl. Yet even with legitimate triggers, many redesigns fall short. Reporting lines move, roles change and new operating models appear, but the underlying ways people work, decide and solve problems remain the same. The structure looks different on paper, but the organization behaves the same in practice. ADVITRIA, a Mexican consulting and training firm, ensures that doesn’t happen. Before recommending any structural change, ADVITRIA works with leadership teams through its Strategic Deployment model to clarify operational philosophy and translate corporate strategy into a simple, visual framework. Leaders align around ambitious goals and vision becomes concrete priorities that frontline teams can understand and execute. Because teams co create the strategy with ADVITRIA, the structure that follows is built to support work people already know how to perform. “By directly working with teams in the collaborative construction of this strategy, we guarantee that the organizational structure serves the strategy, building empowered and aligned teams to achieve exceptional results,” says Alejandro Ponce, co founder.

Executive Search

Executive hiring decisions are not won by a strong résumé alone. Choosing the right leader influences how a company grows, manages change and moves into its next stage. That is why technology, however advanced, cannot carry the decision by itself. AI can map talent faster. But it cannot read the unspoken context behind a role, challenge unclear expectations or understand whether a candidate can truly succeed within a company. Since 2014, Humaniq has established itself as a leading Mexico-based boutique executive search firm by combining human intelligence with technology to help companies make smart senior hiring decisions. “Humaniq has always been built around human intelligence first,” says Diego Tejedo, founder and CEO. “Over the last two years, AI has only strengthened that work.” Through Humaniq X, the firm uses AI as an intelligence layer to organize market information, map talent, compare candidate evidence, identify gaps and structure scoring criteria. It can cross-reference a candidate’s CV, psychometric information, cultural expectations and leadership indicators. The consultant still makes the final call. AI simply gives that judgment more visibility, structure and precision.
