Power Zone Coaching is a strategic leadership company that empowers leaders and turns struggling or stuck businesses into the vehicle necessary to achieve their profit and legacy goals. While working in the dental industry as a consultant, I noticed that doctors struggle to lead their practices and often lose the opportunity to benefit from their team’s talent, causing them to miss out on improving their bottom-line. With my leadership passion, I intuitively created strategies to meet their business targets and reduce their stress levels. I soon realized these challenges were a common issue in every industry, and having proved the strategies, I set up the foundation of Power Zone Coaching. Working to advance the strategies continually helped my clients from all industries connect with their inspired self and exceed their business targets. We help leaders improve the quality of life and make a difference in the organization through their influence. We aim to bring inspired leadership to businesses and enable leaders to claim their voices and passions while achieving profit and legacy goals.
What are the challenges you have noticed in the marketplace, and how do you help your clients solve them?
Organizations often suffer from power leaks that lead to lost revenue, missed opportunities, and an inability to harness their potential to meet goals. We help them dissolve these power leaks by revealing the potential of their high-end leadership impact. As a result, leaders can become catalysts of innovative change and empower others to become change agents. I have observed a breakdown and renewal of identity of leadership purpose. This is called the power zone, as they are aware of their needs for the next level of advancement to stay ahead of the marketplace. The old paradigm was to focus on issues and become a problem solver. However, we at Power Zone Coaching concentrate on the clients’ higher desires, shifting the dynamic to get leaders to start re-engineering and re-dreaming their lives differently. We help them step into the expanded power zone, make more empowered decisions that elevates their comprehension, turning problems into profitable models.

Leveraging over 25 years of consulting and mentoring experience, we offer customized corporate virtual and live workshops, executive coaching, and contract consulting. Could you give us a customer success story?
A CEO of a sales organization was frustrated by chasing monthly goals as his team was not performing as per expectation. I found that he was not giving clear directions and feedback that his team needed with in-depth analysis. He was not allowing his team to get involved in the process or taking their insights. He was over micromanaging every operation. We were able to break down his behaviors and beliefs and elevate the team within a few months. As a result, they hit their monthly goals seamlessly. What does the future look like for Power Zone Coaching?
Due to COVID, most organizations had to pause and reposition their workforce. We moved along with our clients and looked for new ways to stay ahead of the wave. We asked clients to focus on the third and fourth quarter goals and achieve any aspects in advance to gain a competitive advantage. We have been growing during the COVID crisis instead of receding and supporting our clients to do the same. Power Zone Coaching will provide different coaching, endeavors, and events through online training portals and certificate programs in profit zone leadership. We are continuously enhancing our Leadership WHY platform such as our digital leadership now in demand series. We continue to inspire leaders to bring more kindness into their lives, organizations, and the world.
Moreover, being a published author, I will provide more publications to advance the new era of profitable leadership. Going through the metamorphosis process these times require, we are currently repositioning as we grow into an empire opportunity of advancement that includes powerful leading-edge influencers. The rebirth of Emerggy Empires will comprise five pillars focused on infusing new energy into leadership, high-end digital alignment, empowerment with new profit models, and developing leadership voices of authority. While also continuing to leave our legacy of kindness in all that we do.
