Consultation

Recruited by Furza’s internal team of experts, the salespeople are enrolled onto their headcount for the 3-month programme. To ensure the training is contextualised, Furza provides up to two days of consultation to align the training with the business, working with them to understand the key development milestones and touchpoints required to create a successful team and generate bespoke training based on desired outcomes. Covering over 80+ hours of hands-on, face to face sales training the Academy covers essential skills such as prospecting and managing sales pipelines.

Later transitioned to the client’s offices, Furza continues to support them through virtual sessions, including personalised coaching, online workshops, and regular training interventions. As the programme reaches its tenth week, the graduates seamlessly transition into their full-time contracts with the clients, well-prepared to contribute effectively to their respective roles.
